The problem
The project grew out of the need to update and improve the company's website. The old site constantly required technical and visual updates, and its structure made it impossible to implement them efficiently. It became clear that building a new site was the most viable and beneficial option for the company.
Goal
One of the key points to address was the property search filter, which was far from delivering the ideal experience for both clients and staff. The difficulty of using it turned finding a specific property into a real headache. It was crucial to offer a more intuitive and efficient solution that let users quickly find what they needed.
Responsibilities
Beyond improving the search filter, we took the opportunity to design a new interface that reflected the company's identity and communication. As the project's UI/UX Designer, I created a modern, functional interface aligned with the brand, delivering a more pleasant and engaging experience for users.
Search filter improvements
The property search filter was updated to make the user experience easier. The new filter lets users narrow down listings more precisely and in a more personalised way, streamlining the search. They can now select specific criteria such as location, property type, price range and desired features, and get more relevant results. The goal is to make searching for properties faster, more efficient and more satisfying, improving the overall experience.
Property page improvements
The property page is the most crucial part of the site. It plays a key role in presenting every relevant detail of a listing through photos, videos and icons.
In designing it, the goal was an engaging, informative experience where users can explore and get to know a property quickly and efficiently, so they can make decisions after a positive experience on the site, almost as if they had already visited.
To make interaction and quick access to information easier, additional features were included, such as an interactive map showing the property's exact location and the option to schedule visits or contact the agent directly.
